Orders
Orders can be done  by tradesman (e – mail, phone, fax, skype). We realize orders on the same day if they are done before 3 PM. The ones done after 3 PM., will be send on the next working day.

Transport costs
To every order we add the transport costs accordingly to the amount of the order and its weight. Detailed information can be found in cooperation with tradesman.
Special orders
Orders for goods which are not in the regular offer of the Biuromax Company must be made on paper. Such goods are not able to be returned.
Reclamation and returns
Reclamation or returns can be done by sending a fill out form on the below adress: reklamacje.zwroty@biuromax.com.pl or fax: +48 22 735 44 90. For logged clients the easy reclamation and return form is available. Send forms mean acceptance of the regulations of reclamation and return terms.
