- Your data will be processed in order to prepare and respond to a voluntarily submitted enquiry (pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO).
- Your personal data will be accessed by entities authorised to obtain them under the law, as well as entities providing IT services to the Administrator.
- We do not plan to transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area.
- Your personal data will be stored for a period of 3 months from the end of correspondence in the case or until you withdraw your consent;
- You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of the data that concerns you. You have the right to data portability.
- You have the right to object to the processing of your data.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection).
- Your provision of personal data is voluntary, but failure to do so may make it difficult or impossible to contact you.
- Your personal data will not be subject to processes that would involve automated decision-making, including profiling.
